Plate and strip: Copper cathode is melted and cast → hot-rolled (800 ℃) → milled → cold-rolled → annealed (450-650 ℃), with a conductive copper purity of ≥ 99.9%.
Copper tube: extruded or horizontally cast hollow billet → planetary rolling → drawing → bright annealing, seamless structure ensures pressure resistance.

Electrolytic aluminum liquid undergoes casting (DC casting) → hot rolling (400~500 ℃) → cold rolling (up to 0.1~6mm) → foil rolling (double rolling, thinnest 0.005mm), intermediate annealing (300 ℃) to eliminate work hardening, and final annealing determines the O/H state.

Galvanized/aluminum zinc substrates are made by degreasing chemical conversion initial coating baking precision coating secondary baking (PMT 200~250 ℃), and coatings such as polyester (PE) and fluorocarbon (PVDF) provide weather resistance with a color difference Δ E ≤ 1.0.

Hot dip galvanizing: Cold rolled plates are annealed and immersed in a 460 ℃ zinc pot (containing Al and Mg alloys), with the zinc layer thickness controlled by an air knife, and then subjected to chromate passivation treatment.

The continuous casting billet is heated to 1100-1250 ℃ by a step heating furnace, and then enters the roughing intermediate rolling finishing mill after being descaling by high-pressure water. The threaded steel is subjected to hot rolling followed by water cooling process (Tempcore) to improve yield strength, while the round steel requires controlled rolling and controlled cooling (TMCP) to refine grain size.

Welded pipe: Hot rolled or cold-rolled steel strip is formed by high-frequency induction welding (ERW) or submerged arc welding (SAW), and the weld is subjected to online heat treatment to relieve stress.
Seamless pipe: piercing round billet (oblique rolling/extrusion) → rolling pipe (continuous rolling pipe mill/three roll rolling pipe) → sizing → cold drawing (precision pipe), achieving high strength without welding seams.

Using blast furnace converter/electric furnace smelting, the slab is continuously cast, and then heated by a step heating furnace, high-pressure descaling, and multi pass hot rolling (rough rolling+precision rolling). The final rolling temperature is controlled at 850~950 ℃, and it is finally coiled into a coil with excellent plasticity and toughness.
